Refund Policy
We will gladly accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges for most items if you feel the merchandise you receive from Ted’s Butcherblock is not of the quality, freshness or condition advertised. For items that have been shipped and arrive broken or damaged, we will replace any items promptly.

Refund Process

  • Please contact Ted’s Butcherblock within seven (7) days of purchase or receipt of your merchandise if it is damaged or if you are dissatisfied with the quality. 

  • You may email ted@tedsbutcherblock.com or bring the item(s) in question to the shop at 334 East Bay Street during regular business hours.

  • Please provide the following information about your return: Date of purchase or receipt

    • Description and photo(s) of item(s) in question (if emailing)

    • Reason for request

    • Your preferred method for resolution (replacement vs. refund)

  • If an item that was shipped to you qualifies for an exchange, you will be sent a prepaid shipping label for your return.

  • Refunds will be issued as credits back to the original payment source.
