Try Ted’s Butcher Bag Program
We are thrilled to announce that all customers can now enjoy the convenience of our Butcher Bag Program! This pre-order, online-only option is perfect for those who want to stock their fridge or freezer with premium meats from Ted’s. We’ve put together five curated Butcher Bags that offer a selection of cuts you can throw on the grill or incorporate into your favorite recipes. Or build your own Butcher Bag from our à la carte menu and get exactly what you need each week. The process is easy: Simply place your order online before Monday at 3 pm, and your Butcher Bag will be ready for pick up or delivery on Wednesday afternoon.
Current pickup locations are Ted’s Butcherblock and Rosebank Farms Market on Johns Island. Doorstep delivery is available on Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island for an additional $30.
We created our Butcher Bag Program in November of 2020 in response to an increasing number of delivery requests from residents at Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island. Many were shifting their dollars to high-quality ingredients to cook at home versus dining out due to the many changes that COVID brought. We were adapting to the rapidly changing landscape of both the meat and restaurant industries during the pandemic and knew we needed to streamline our efforts if we were going to continue delivering over 45 minutes from our downtown location. Through a partnership with Rosebank Farms Market, we had a solution and Ted’s Butcher Bags were born!
Since then, customers on Johns Island, Kiawah Island, and Seabrook Island have been able to pre-order Butcher Bags and pick them up on Wednesdays at Rosebank Farms. Ultimately, we added doorstep delivery to residents on Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island through a partnership with Delivery Boy, as well as pickup at our East Bay location.
