Join Us For A “Beer Dinner Reunion” on May 7th!

Back in the day, we had a loyal following for our monthly Craft Beer Dinners, which began shortly after “high gravity” beers became legal in South Carolina in 2007. Among our staff at the time was Scott Shor, a young beer enthusiast who had extensive experience and knowledge of beers and brewing and was passionate about helping introduce the Charleston market to a whole new world of craft beers. At the time, the dinners were a novel offering in Charleston, and we often worked with new breweries like Westbrook Brewing Company to feature their unique new beers and highlight our quality products and prepared foods.

As we look back over two decades of business in Charleston, the Craft Beer Dinners are among our favorite memories to date. So we’re excited to be hosting Scott Shor, of Edmund’s Oast Brewing Company, and Edward Westbrook, of Westbrook Brewing Company, for a five-course dinner from Ted’s Butcherblock Chef Nick McBride on May 7th at a “Beer Dinner Reunion.” Shor and Westbrook will be pairing each of the five courses with rare selections from their respective breweries at what promises to be a casual, informative and lively evening.
