If you like to experiment with your own charcuterie creations, Ted’s is your source for premium products for your board. Ted hand-selects the imported and domestic cured meats and cheeses he carries in the cases at his East Bay Street location, and he and his staff make the butcher shop’s featured pates, rillettes and sausages in house. On the shelves, you’ll find a special selection of accouterments including mustards, jams, chutneys, crackers, nuts and more that will inspire you to create the perfect custom charcuterie board. Meats, pates and cheeses are available by the pound, and most are cut to order and wrapped in paper, plastic or vacuum sealed for freshness until you’re ready to use.

At Ted’s we offer signature Charcuterie Plates for 2-10 people on our menu that can be enjoyed here at our cafe or packaged to go for pick-up during our regular hours. Ted’s Housemade Sausage Boards
An alternative to a traditional Charcuterie Plate is Ted’s Sausage board, a selection of two or three housemade sausages served with crostini, mustard and pickled vegetables. The price is $15-19 plus $3 for takeout packaging. Sausage choices include:
