We’ve taken our Friday Night Dinners, a six-year tradition here at Ted’s, to the next level with mouthwatering $20 dinners from our new Chef. Friday Dinners are an opportunity for you to experience some of the premium products available in the cases at our neighborhood butcher shop, expertly prepared by our staff in the kitchen in the form of a delicious dinner available for dining in or taking to-go.
Each week our Chef creates a featured Friday Dinner Menu, served with housemade dessert and available for just $20. As an alternative to the featured dinner, diners can choose a Custom Grilled Dinner: any selection from the Butcher Counter (including premium quality Painted Hills Natural Beef, Kurobuta pork, veal and other hard to find products) or Seafood Case, grilled on the Big Green Egg and served with housemade sauces, sides and the featured dessert (prices vary for Custom Dinners).
Our Friday Night Dinner creations are a huge hit. Recent examples include: smoked and roasted heritage pork shoulder with fermented apples, ricotta dumplings and sautéed escarole; roasted Carolina Redfish w/scallop butter, Asian winter greens, sungold tomatoes & braised White Acre peas; and fried Carolina catfish over speckled butterbeans and Carolina Gold rice hoppin’ John w/okra and tomatoes.
