As a butcher shop specializing in high-quality meats and other products, we feel it’s important to use the same quality cuts of meat and poultry that we sell at the Butcher Counter in the prepared foods we offer. That’s why our Special Events Catering menu showcase the top-quality meat, poultry, game and seafood offerings from our Butcher Counter and Seafood Case. Designed to work for everything from intimate dinner parties to larger receptions and more, you’re guaranteed to taste the difference in the items that come out of our kitchen.
The Special Events Catering menu highlights premium cuts of Painted Hills Natural Beef, heritage breed pork, Ashley Farms poultry and a variety of game meats, which can be smoked, grilled, braised or roasted, and served with a choice of sauces. Fresh whole fish, local shellfish and other seafood can also be prepared to your specifications, including salt-baked (for whole fish), roasted, grilled, steamed or boiled.
For lighter fare, or to pair with butcher and seafood entree selections, our culinary team has also put together a fantastic menu of cold canapé, small bites, salads, sides, platters, baked entrees and desserts. Highlights include housemade pates, artisanal cheese and antipasto platters, gouda mac & cheese with andouille sausage, a variety of sliders, smoked salmon, a gravlax platter and more.
For larger events, we can arrange for a Pig Pickin’ Feast or Lowcountry Boil, and the Ted’s Butcherblock food truck is also an option.
