The sun is shining, the days are longer, and picnic season is in full swing! Charcuterie plates are our favorite picnic fare. We offer two standard plate options in the café and both can be packaged to-go. We can also create custom platters for your entertaining needs.

Charcuterie plates also include your choice of pate. All of our pates are made in-house with premium ingredients. Pate options change daily, and some feature seasonal game…

  • Pate de Campagne – This is a classic option. The texture is a bit course as it contains pistachios, ham and cornichons.
  • Duck Liver Mousse – This is another popular choice (and Ted’s favorite) due to its rich flavor and smooth, spreadable texture.
  • Duck Pate
  • Buffalo Pate
  • Venison Pate

Our medium charcuterie plates also include a housemade rillette that is made from a confit of pork and duck and mixed with whole grain mustard, fresh thyme and seasoning.

And finally, no charcuterie plate would be complete without fixings. At Ted’s, we trim our platters with olives, marcona almonds, house made mustards and crostini.

Ted’s Charcuterie Picks

Feeling indecisive about charcuterie pairings? Take a tip from Ted… His favorite picks are duck mousse, rillette, framoge d’ affinoi, manchego and finocchiona salami. And he likes to wash it down with a glass of red burgundy (though that is a matter of personal preference and whether or not someone else is buying).
